A young footballer since childhood, Youssef discovered the joy of football at
a very early age, which made it easy for him to join his hometown club’s football
school in Agadir (Morocco) at the age of 6, progressing through all youth
categories up to U17.
At 17, Youssef moved to Europe to enhance his career, climbing the ranks of
international football—starting as a sports educator at a football school
and coach of the U-16 team at Entente St Gratien (France) until
the 2008 season (holding Level 1 and Level 2 Initiator diplomas
from the French Football Federation - F.F.F).
In 2008, Youssef joined the Elite Referee Training Program in the Paris region
(as a Young Elite Referee of the F.F.F) and continued until the 2011 season.
Now at just 35 years old, Youssef is a prominent figure in international match
organization, recognized as the youngest FIFA-certified match organizer since 2014.
