The Pink Ladies Cup is an international women’s football tournament established in 2024 by Youssef Haijoub, a FIFA-licensed match organizer and CEO of McSport, a global leader in international sports event management. Designed to elevate the visibility of women’s football, the tournament unites national A-teams from across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas in a centralized, high-quality competitive environment.

The first edition featured six national teams: Kenya, Chinese Taipei, Russia, Haiti, Philippines, and Jordan. Standout matches included Chinese Taipei 1–0 Kenya and Russia 4–0 Kenya, while Haiti’s “Grenadières” celebrated a 4–2 victory, showcasing emerging talent. Under Dr. Haijoub’s leadership, the tournament emphasized logistical excellence, media coverage, and athlete experience, setting a new benchmark for international women’s friendlies.

Building on its global success, the 2025 edition expanded into the Middle East with teams from India, South Korea, Russia, Thailand, Jordan, and Uzbekistan. India’s senior women’s team opened with a 2–0 win over Jordan, underscoring the tournament’s role in competitive development. Under Haijoub’s direction, the event delivered enhanced broadcast quality (via Fanzone TV), strategic partnerships, and regional engagement, reinforcing its mission to promote women’s football in Asia and the Arab world.
More than a tournament, the Pink Ladies Cup is a global movement championed by Haijoub to advance gender equity, international cooperation, and professional opportunities in women’s football. As the youngest FIFA-certified match organizer worldwide, he leverages McSport’s expertise—spanning over 5,000 organized matches—to create platforms where female athletes gain visibility, experience, and recognition on the world stage.
